When the HOA only answers the phone 1 hour a day.

There’s honestly never a dull moment over here. Today I’ve got a quick story from our office that pretty much sums up what we do at Elite.

We recently had a file with a very small HOA. Nothing unusual there… except for one tiny detail.

They were only available by phone from 6:00–7:00pm on weekdays. That was it. How they function with that schedule? I’m not totally sure. Miss that window, and you’re waiting another day.

So one of our team members did what we always do when we run into these little quirks. She set an alarm on her phone to make sure she didn’t miss that one-hour window. And sure enough, right at 6:00pm she stopped what she was doing and made the call. Because when something needs to get done, we figure out how to get it done.

That’s the kind of behind-the-scenes work almost no one sees… but it’s happening every day. Tracking down information. Working around odd municipal and HOA hours. Following up when others might give up.

It’s not glamorous work, but it’s the kind of work that keeps files moving and surprises from popping up later.

And it’s also exactly why we built Elite.

At Elite, we don’t just “place the order and wait.” We calendar it. We chase it. We follow up. We set alarms. We hunt things down. And we don’t stop until we get answers.

So when your closing stays on track, it’s often because someone on our team is doing something a little ridiculous behind the scenes, so you don’t have to.

Just another day over here.

And another little reminder that in this business, persistence goes a long way.

If your day is ever being slowed down by an HOA that feels like it’s held together with duct tape and a prayer just know, that’s exactly the kind of problem we exist to take off your plate.
